@florianschmidt1994 Do you still know what was the failure? Did the link not work or at what point the users fell out of the process?

Sometimes when clicking the link in the email the users would see that the code they received is not valid anymore, eventhough they never clicked that code in the first place. Might have something to do with time to live, but I am not 100% sure anymore
