Vendors Page - Make access public aka a vendors directory

The vendors page is supposed to act as a directory for people to see all the vendors apart of Portland Indigenous Marketplace.

• Do not force user to be logged in to access vendor page or individual vendors
• Vendors need to be able to opt in / opt out of being posted in the directory.
  • Need to add a database field for opt in / opt out
  • Vendors Page - Display opted in or all vendors depending on if an admin is logged in or not.
  • When a vendor account is created, they should be asked to opt in or out of the directory.
  • Vendor page needs an opt in / opt out button that is only visible if the vendor is logged in.
