Add basic Effect Behaviors

Add/Improve client behavior effects like,
show,
hide,
slide,
etc.

The effects show and hide are already included, we will add slide and some others when there is time left, but the basics are done for now :)

Still need some tests for those, especially for the server side for looking up the referenced components, this might get hard when using composite components...
