In order to encourage the community to add FUD busting material, we need a contribution guide on how to add content to the repository.
I think we have the basic structure relatively well set. We will use.toml files organised in materials/topics folder structure.

We need to mention max length of answer text (220 characters) And explain the data structure inside the file based on a simple example.
