[FEATURE] Easy way to transform the Stitch-toon in a Extract-toon also

A Feature that could delete empty blocks (white or black) so the program can be used as a panel-extractor

A Toggle Option where you could tell the program to -skip- any panel that is 95%+ pure color, that way it would perfectly be a nice pannel extractor

I Tried to do that by messing with the settings but in the end because the program cant exclude anything, it always create a bunch of pure white or black pngs, that function would be amazing to extract panels.
