The toolbar button's icon doesn't integrate well into the default Fx 4 setup on 
Windows. Maybe on OSX, too.

There should be different icons for all platform that integrate into the 
platform's default theme. I can't support every theme.

On Windows, the default theme only needs 32 pixel icons, even when using small 
buttons.
