What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type about:privatebrowsing into the addressbar or open a new private window.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I wish for an option to display the bookmark toolbar when the private browser 
window shows.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version as of 11. Feb. 2015. Windows 8.1 x64
