Using RedLionFish for deconvolution

Refer to Volkers notebook, where he uses thresholds to figure out bounds to crop the PSF:

Use this for cropping the experimental PSF or deconvolution using RedLionFish can fail due to memory issues.

Keep data in GPU memory if deskewing
