Feature Request: Direct URL to stream with Info

Is it possible to get a direct URL to this stream, with the info?
i.e. Octoprint already has an option to show the stream of the cam via [IPADDRESS]/?action=stream
Would it be possible to do something similar, i.e. [IPADDRESS]/?action=info-stream for example?

I stream my prints to discord using the stream URL, and would like to do the same with the fullscreen version, that has all the info on it.
