Want to include figure-friendly descriptions of climate model / time point calculations (e.g. "SSP3-7.0" and "2050s") as well as numeric representations of timepoints reflecting midpoint of data ranges (e.g. 2012, 2055, 2085) for situations when time is a continuous variable (in graphs where time is the x-axis).

File updated in e828aa2. Still to be used in figure creation (everything still hard-coded as of this point).
