Support of style "MLA (Notes - 6th edition) " #19

When I use the style "MLA (Notes - 6th edition)" I get the same entry for the reference and the bibliography. I guess that cannot be correct.

And the almost same problem for "Turabian Style (Full Note with Bibliography)"

Joeran removed this from the D4W 1.2 milestone
