Add new/change "CHECK" role

Having non-admin people using the BayEOS gateway for "checking" if everything is running alright with basic data acquisition it brought me to selecting the respective role "CHECK" for them. While the settings menu then gets hidden it is still possible to edit and delete existing groups/devices and everything within. So in fact it is still a rather wide range of permissions still being present. I would have expected something "read only" with this role to really only be able to check, but not change things.

Therefore I either misunderstood the existing "CHECK" role and something new would need to get added or (if the edit functionality was not intended originally) the existing role has to get the permissions getting stripped down.
