Add experiment progression indicators

Context

Currently bliss is fairly static in behavior both in the scripting side and on the executable side. We should add options to indicate how far things are along. I am normally an advocate for simple check ins (i.e. [info][10:00 PM] 5000/100000 elements inserted) to allow for scripts to easily call our executable without thrashing stdout.
