I often find myself manually installing these 2 dependencies when writing pipelines or notebooks and using Polars:

  • connectorx : to connect to databases
  • xlsx2csv : to read excel files

note: these libraries can also be installed with Polars using feature flags

Also xlsxwriter to write Excel files.
