Discuss pros/cons before manually linking researchers to institutions.

As I mentioned in last meeting, currently, I don't really see a good way to incorporate the research publication spider to our current project without linking researchers and institutions.

The spider could be used, but as you say, we need to find a way to link the researchers and the institutions.
