After changing the DTDL version to 3 in this repository, I can't clone the repository and upload it to Azure ADT because Azure ADT only supports DTDL version 2. The repository should be structured differently, e.g. contain a separate directory for each DTDL version.

Example:
Azure / opendigitaltwins-building / Ontology / DTDL / V2
Azure / opendigitaltwins-building / Ontology / DTDL / V3

I have the same problem, however, you can probably pull the commit before the upgrade. You can fork the repo, go back and create a new branch from commit b7addc6
