Is it possible to set the status of the bot to the 'Now Playing' song?

@afonsosantos I know you're cleaning up your GitHub issues, but this one's entirely valid. You sure you don't want to just leave it open for now?

Hi, maybe i'll keep it open, maybe someone wants to add this feature to the bot in the future.
