Fingerprint and Password Protection

Description:
Since the LifeUp app handles users' private information, it requires an integrated security feature to protect access. This feature should include options such as fingerprint authentication and password protection. Currently, I rely on external app lock applications, but they don't work reliably with LifeUp. An in-app security mechanism would provide more robust and seamless protection for users' sensitive data.

Proposed Solution:

• Add fingerprint authentication and password protection as integrated security features within the app.
• Ensure that the security feature activates automatically when the app is opened or after a certain period of inactivity.

Additional Context:
External app lock applications I've tried don't function properly with LifeUp, leading to inconsistent security. An internal solution would eliminate this issue.
