[Bug]: Various NKA merchant ship mapping issues #20177

I have searched the bug with a few keywords, and I confirm this bug was not yet reported.

Describe the issue

There are a few issues I can find with the ship;

The restroom and crew quarters have switched labels on the doors.
The APC in the bridge is floating due to being improperly rotated.
The console present on the ship itself is impossible to use for both merchant work and normal console functions, due to a lack of network.

How to reproduce

Join the NKA merchant offship.
Check the door labels for the restroom connected to the mess hall, and the starting area.
Go to the bridge and find the APC floating.
Try to use the console and fail.
Sleep in the sink, accidentally bump into the APC, and try to get better wifi in the badlands. Poor cat.
