Leaderboard - Convert these stats to offline generated (quartz)

Daily, weekly, monthly
All time - generate once per day
Add note to top 20 page stating timing of updates

Institution Admin Stats

Change to download (institution level)
-- transcriptions by day
-- validations by day
-- Transcriber tables
