Camera trap projects appear as saved tasks when waiting for fully transcribed status

When a camera trap project requires multiple transcriptions, tasks with less than the required number of transcriptions are appearing in user's notebook view as saved tasks (as if they are in progress/partially saved) due to the fact that is_fully_validated does not get set until the required number of transcriptions is met.

• Tasks should display Transcribed status and the view button to prevent editing of the task
• Exclude these tasks from the Saved tab on the notebook.
