The Deanei Reserve Koala and Wildlife Group

Video footage and photographs of the koalas (with GPS) locations and dates etc). I’m currently undertaking this Citizen Science Project in the Monitoring of the Koalas and in the Mapping of Koala Habitat in the Road Reserve of Lawson Road Springwood and in the Deanei Reserve Springwood.

Further survey work with Hills Hornsby Rural Koala Project to photograph tree species and record the location as well as logging the identification of tree scratches. This will be done manually as well as via the phone app which includes the GPS location, time, date stamp on photos.

Currently - 7 videos and 16 photographs of the Koalas

• Dataset is candidate for bioCollect - spoke with Temi
• Surveys, associated specimens etc.. can easily be entered
• set up mtg to walk through with Koala group

Multiple sightings functionality looks like what we need.
