Update the ALA General DQ filter to exclude:
degreeOfEstablishment:"cultivated"
degreeOfEstablishment:"captive"

Facet counts for term: https://biocache-ws.ala.org.au/ws/occurrences/facets/download?q=*%3A*&facets=degreeOfEstablishment&count=true&lookup=true

Added to ALA-General-Test in biocache-test but can't see changes yet

There is probably no data in Databox yet that has degreeOfEstablishment. We can run dr376-mel-avh-weekly to get some.
