Create a "records by data resource" view

There is currently a "records by data provider" block on the dashboard but this does not include many obvious "names" such as "iNaturalist" or or "eBird".

I suggest we either substitute "data provider" for "data resource" or show them both.

Thanks @nickdos. I agree that this would be helpful. It is probably about time I had a quick review of the dashboard. Maybe we should have two distinct levels, a small overview then by category.
