Events datasets don't show SOLR record links and counts on the right hand side #235

Most (but not all) events datasets will have occurrence records associated with them. The public page doesn't show a link to them, or to the event system (although, that's not public yet so I guess that's a moot point).

A link to biocache would be great. I think an empty link if there are no occurrences is fine because I don't expect that to happen very often, at least until later down the track.

Context; For data resources with occurrences there is a link on the right hand side under the label "Occurrence dataset" . It has the text in the format "123,456 Records". This is a link to ala-hub search results page.

Task

  1. For events based data resources, add a link to ala-hub search results page, under the label "Events based data", in the same was as for non-events data resources with occurrences.
  2. Add optional configuration to include a link to an events page. The link format will be "123,456 Events".
