ADJAF - Adjusted AF for indels due to local realignment #377

Dear developers,

I was checking the ADJAF field and I realised that:

ADJAF ≠ AF also for SNV, is it ok?
the values reported in the ADJAF are orders of magnitude lower from those reported in AF, is it normal?
