Save scores into a csv file (P3 S2)

Although it's nice to have the current score represented visually for teams and the final score saved for emailing to Central, there should be an option to check the scores in a spreadsheet and have the app generate this throughout the round. This spreadsheet will be stored as a csv and attached to the email that's sent at the end of each round.
