Date Issue and Could not save

Two issues.
In the Edge browser, whenever I add an item that was saved in autocomplete, the tab jumps to the date tab and interacts with it as if I was changing the date. This has happened every time I added a magic item

Second issue, I was unable to save the log entry when I added magic items. Clicking save displayed an error message which said something like 'if you are the administer of this website, check the log'
