Unable to reset password.

I forgot my password. The site recognizes my email but gives this message when I try to reset my password: "We're sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."

I'm having the same problem. I had this issue previously and was directed to a workaround #184 (comment) but it no longer applies as www already appears in the url and trying to change https to http doesn't work either.

I have forgotten my password and I am seeing the same error message. Please respond if this issue can be fixed as it appears this has been an issue for almost a year now.
