Request - clarify headers in component loader status tool

Describe what you're trying to do
Per ArctosDB/arctos#8335 (comment), I am requesting definitions of table headers on https://arctos.database.museum/info/component_loader_status.cfm.

RPM==records per minute
Autoloads, Pendings==recordcount
Runtime, and Cumulitive==minutes

Particularly noting that cumulative == minutes where the minutes are increasing (i.e., they are a sum of all minutes above the line) as you go down the table!
