idna-map dependency does not exist in /dist #24

I'm using browserify to bundle web3. When I load the compiled bundle on the web, I get the following exception:

failed to resolve idna-map.js

This line is the source of the issue.

Upon inspecting the dist directory, it appears that this is because idna-map.js does not exist.
