It is throwing a Build error

I did not make any changes to the SDK version. Since last 2 months. I am suddenly getting this error.

However, this issue has been fixed with the latest version 6.15.2. But If you can please help me with the reason why this happened

I'm getting this issue with 6.15.3, not sure if its a regression, I'm also interested in knowing the root cause
