iPad device screen is not loading after clicking on use device and seeing only menu option #1480

Describe the bug

After clicking on the use device from the Use Device button device screen is not loading but only loading menu option

Environment

Appium version (or git revision) that exhibits the issue: 2.11.x and 2.13.x
Last Appium version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable):
Node.js version (unless using Appium.app|exe): 20.x
Npm or Yarn package manager:
Mobile platform/version under test: IOS
Real device or emulator/simulator:Real Device
Appium CLI or Appium.app|exe: cli

Note: same is working fine 9.4.10

Model : IPAD mini 6

@SubbuLomada Could you share the screenshot, url from the browser and the complete server log as gist to further assist with the issue.
