It is not possible to close open applications on an iOS device or to delete an application by holding down the application and removing it.

@erdncyz Closing background apps is still not supported. However, you should be able to delete an app by long-pressing it and selecting the "Remove App" option. Could you confirm if you encounter any issues with deleting the app?
