Request: Update .zip or jar file to be compatible with MQ version 9 or 10

Some AppD users can't deploy the Github code so they're looking for any updated .zip or jar file that's compatible with MQ version 9 or 10. The currently available file supports up to MQ version 7.

This is a blocker for AppD users of more current MQ versions than v.7

The latest available release (7.0.4 at this time) is compatible with MQ 9.x. (MQ 10 doesn't exist at this point in time, as far as I know. The next major release will be 9.4)

I've successfully deployed it with MQ 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3.
