Describe the bug
Starting a recording on a chrome window with a certain chrome profile with the plugin installed, having also another window active with another profile on which the plugin is not installed, the "debug info recorder" chrome alert banner appears on every window of chrome.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start the plugin recording on a chrome window with a certain chrome profile with the plugin installed, having also another window active with another profile on which the plugin is not installed

Expected behavior
The "debug info recorder" alert chrome banner appears only on the windows where the plugin is installed.
