The plugin panel is not getting correctly opened every time #11

Describe the bug
Starting and stopping the plugin one or two times, when the plugin panel is tapped again nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the plugin panel and start it
Stop it and start again
Stop it and open the panel again

Expected behavior
The panel should always been opened.
