Maybe we should remove https://github.com/aferrero2707/appimage-testsuite/ from https://github.com/AppImage/docs.appimage.org/blob/master/source/packaging-guide/testing.rst

People misunderstand it:

Well, the person on Reddit obviously lacks some reading comprehension. I don't find the text misleading in any way.
