I've just added a video file with a chinese simplified name, and checked the emby log for onMediaItemAddedComplete and it shows :-

2022-04-20 23:24:33.065 Info Emby ScripterX: onMediaItemAddedComplete: Movies - 局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问

The %item.library.name% here is 'Movies' and the movie title is '局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问局域网访问'

Is the issue more so if the library name is in chinese?
