Modifying parameters in an xpansion study should be reflected on its variant

Description

The issue is that any Xpansion modification made to a base case study with variants does not automatically apply to its variants and descendants, causing inconsistencies.

Currently, this issue is considered to be a bug rather than a desired feature since other modifications do have an impact on the variant.

To maintain consistency, it is important to propagate any modifications made to the base study to its variants and descendants. This issue is considered a bug and needs to be addressed.

Steps to Reproduce

You can for example:

1. Create a base case study
2. Create a variant from it
3. Create an Xpansion configuration in the base case study
4. See that its variant has no Xpansion configuration even though it should

Expected Behavior

When modifying a base case study, all the modification should be reflected on its variants and descendants.

i contacted Paul Bui Qaung in this PR #947 for further information because no one could explain why he did this and there is no documentation :/
