I run the script via main.py (all modules are installed), but the console writes this to me

Hello everyone, I immediately say there are no problems with the Internet, after 5 minutes of work it keeps displaying this message:

You are rate-limited or dont have a connection.


but during this time it was working, saving the results to the file empty.txt
