API to change dueBefore and visibleAfter

Description

We currently lack the ability to update the "dueBefore" date after an instance has been created. Users often request more time to submit reports, and it would be beneficial to allow updates to this deadline be reflected on the instance .

I can see that updating the date in visibleAfter will also come in handy.
