Decision

• The search field will remain in the global navigation for all end-user centred teams to utilise.
• The search field will start out as a local search in context of each product and not as a global search across all end-user centred products.
• @Altinn/team-portal leads the work on the search functionality to ensure that users understand the context of what they are searching for. @digdir/team-arbeidsflate (not in github) will assist in developing the component and ensure that the component will be made available through the Altinn Component Library (ref Altinn Component library #12)
• The implementation for Team Apps ought to be evaluated separately as app users might benefit from reduced functionality or no search at all.
