Enderman Inhibitor Lags out the server

Describe the bug
The server hangs after a couple of minutes of having the inhibitor active. i think its cause of the Mahou Tsukai's Drain life spell, which i recently put down to farm mana from. I had no issues before i put down the spells, and as soon as i turned off the inhibitor i had no problems.
Heres the profile while the inhibitor is active: https://spark.lucko.me/UhyemoLRQN. problem shows the enderman attempting to teleport to be the problem. i think. thats what i assumed cause its endermans and the inhibitor is the thing that breaks the server.
Server instantly continues to run while the inhibitor is disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Build a mob farm
2. Turn on ender inhibitor
3. enable Mahou Tsukai Drain Life
4. Server dies within a minute or 2

Expected behavior
For the Ender Inhibitor to work with no problems.

Additional context
This is a near end game base, so i kinda expected something wonky to happen. Ive been running the server about 20 minutes now, and no new problems have showed up...not counting the now quickly growing amount of endermen around the base, but thats better than having the whole game stop working from this issue.

...Maybe its just enderman in general? now the server hangs without the inhibitor active. i just set a command block somewhere that just /kills enderman. seems ok so far. ill post future updates on this issue if they pop up
