We allow users to give the geometry module options on the command line.
This turns out to be actually problematic in the sense that if someone says only '-m ITS', we still construct the graph for all detectors.
We should hence adapt the detector list in the graph construction to the list asked by the user / or offer sensible predefined geometries.
