Data release: 2024-11-25

A new data release version has been created in the release bucket, with the id 2024-11-25

This data release includes all data currently on the ScPCA portal, including the following updates:

• Addition of projects SCPCP000019 and SCPCP000024
• All raw counts are rounded to integer values in agreement with ScPCA documentation
• Test data now includes permuted values for all metadata from the original data; previous versions only excluded project-specific fields
• Some metadata fields have been replaced or renamed, notably for some gene mutation status fields and estimates of cell counts in multiplexed libraries

The download-data.py script will now default to this release version. To see other versions available, use ./download-data.py --list-releases.
