Now available: Doublet detection results across ScPCA datasets

Completed results from the doublet-detection module have been released and are now available for download.
They were generated with the 2024-07-08 data release.

The results consist of a TSV file for each ScPCA library containing doublet predictions from scDblFinder and can be used for doublet filtering. Each TSV file has the following three columns:

• barcodes: The droplet (cell) barcode
• score: The probability that the cell (droplet) is a doublet
• class: Whether the cell (droplet) is predicted to be a singlet or doublet

You can download results with the download-results.py script located in the root directory of this repository, for example as shown below.
