Feature description
RtAudio is now available as a vcpkg. The build system will be easier if this is used to pull this dependency instead of being installed in a fixed location separately.

Overall windows build instructions need a bit of an update to match the GitHub workflow.

I don't trust how RtAudio from vcpkg is configured, so that's gonna be a no for that part.
The docs definitely need a cleanup tho.
