Implement .sigmf and .cf32 file formats for file source #1477

Feature description

Please support in addition to .wav following input source file types:

.sigmf (settings for sample rate and center frequency are taken automatically from .sigmf-meta file)
.cf32 (settings for sample rate and center frequency have to be set by hand)
