As of the discussion in AgileReview-Project/AgileReview-EclipsePlugin#4 we found serious reasons to seperate the review and details view to not collide with any other plug-ins doing automatically setting the focus to any other view or editor.

@postmann I made the initial changes to separate the views. Unfortunately, due to our stupid architecture in the legacy impl, view restorage and focusing is not working properly.
You may want to have a look at it. It is committed on a separate feature branch.
